Branch Executive

Branch operations & business development

What you will do

Manage day-to-day branch operations and bring in new customers.
Develop business, increase sales, and build lasting customer relationships.
Follow up on recovery and payments while maintaining high ethical standards.
Follow KYC requirements, processes, policies, and branch registers.

What you bring

Graduate qualification with basic computer knowledge.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Gold Appraiser

Gold valuation & customer service

What you will do

Differentiate real and fake gold and assess purity through physical verification.
Deliver accurate valuation through correct weighing, stone deduction, and documentation.
Provide prompt, high-quality service before and after loan disbursal.
Support branch executives with business development and target achievement.

What you bring

Practical knowledge of gold appraisal and a sharp eye for detail.
A customer-focused, responsible, and process-oriented approach.
