Mr. K. G. Lawrence

Non-Executive Director

Business experience: Nearly five decades

Mr. K. G. Lawrence has nearly five decades of experience across diverse business sectors, including marine exports and financial services. He has held several industry and institutional positions, including President of the Seafood Exporters Association of Kerala and membership of the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He has also served as a member of the Minimum Wage Board and as former President of the Cochin Fine Arts Society.

He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Prajyothi Nikethan College, Puthukkadu. He is also the Managing Partner of Geo Seafoods and a Director of Monsun Foods Private Limited.

Director

Mrs. Valsa Lawrence serves as a Director in various companies within the Geo VPL Group. She contributes to the Group's management and corporate activities through her directorships.

Mr. Pradeesh Lawrence

Managing Director

Qualification: Graduate in Economics

Mr. Pradeesh Lawrence has been actively involved in the business since completing his graduation in Economics. He has been closely associated with the day-to-day management and operations of Geo VPL Finance since the inception of the Company.

He serves as a Director in various companies of the Geo VPL Group and is also a Director of Hi-Tech Universal Printers and Publishers (India) Private Limited, Coimbatore.

Mrs. Julie Pradeesh

Director

Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Mrs. Julie Pradeesh holds a master's degree in Business Administration and has been actively involved in the day-to-day activities of the Company. She serves as a Director in various companies of the Geo VPL Group and is also a Director of Hi-Tech Universal Printers and Publishers (India) Private Limited, Coimbatore.

Mr. Philip Abraham

Independent Director

Banking experience: 30+ years

Mr. Philip Abraham is a banking professional with more than three decades of experience in the banking industry. He has held senior leadership positions at Federal Bank and also served for a period with Indian Bank.

His professional experience includes NRI business development, retail banking, regional operations, NPA management, branch expansion, strategic planning, manpower management, and business development. He has led business initiatives and managed large teams across multiple regions.

Mr. Philip Abraham holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Kerala and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He was appointed as an Independent Director of Geo VPL Finance with effect from 19 March 2026.

Mr. Dileep K. P.

Independent Director

Banking experience: 38+ years

Mr. Dileep K. P. is a seasoned banking professional with more than 38 years of experience with State Bank of Travancore and State Bank of India, where he retired as Assistant General Manager.

His banking career includes experience in managing large corporate and NBFC accounts and project appraisal across sectors including power, infrastructure, steel, cement, textiles, SMEs, export credit, and trade finance.

For the past six years, he has been practising as an Insolvency Professional and Liquidator and has been actively associated with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). He is empanelled as an Insolvency Professional with leading banks and financial institutions, including State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC), and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC). He has handled multiple insolvency resolution cases.

Mr. Dileep K. P. was appointed as an Independent Director of Geo VPL Finance with effect from 18 August 2025.

Mr. M. Venugopalan

Advisor to the Board

Banking experience: 45+ years

Mr. Mannil Venugopalan is a former Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of India and former Managing Director & CEO of Federal Bank Limited. He is a commercial banking professional with more than four decades of experience across diverse geographies and leadership positions in India and abroad.

He began his banking career as a Probationary Officer with Bank of India in 1966. He also served as an Executive Director with Union Bank of India before rising to the position of Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of India.

His extensive leadership experience in banking and financial services provides strategic guidance to the Board of Geo VPL Finance.
